I’m a wedding photographer based in St. Cloud, MN specialize in capturing the beautiful, irreplaceable moments of your special day.
I enjoy working with carefree couples that want to have fun and celebrate their love.
My goal is to ensure my couples are comfortable and have fun when I take their photos.
My love of photography is long-standing – I wanted to be an artist when I grew up – and my love of wedding photography helped fill my creative bucket. A family friend asked me to capture their wedding last minute. Gosh it was terrifying, but I realized I wasn’t as shy as I thought. A switch flipped in me.
I loved the energy.
There are so many emotional moments happening during a wedding day. Capturing someone in such a vulnerable state – I get emotional just thinking about it. Plus, I get to hang out with great people have lots of chaotic fun.
After that first event, I decided to be a second shooter for weddings for a solid two years. I wanted to learn as much as I could before venturing on my own again. As the years progress, I continuously invest in my equipment and my education and I have several mentors in the industry. My favorite backdrop to shoot is a downtown cityscape or a patch of wildflowers.
I encourage you to be yourself and enjoy this chapter of life. Be intentional and cherish this time with your partner. It’s the start of something amazing.
When I’m not taking photographs, I love to lift weights, check out new restaurants, and try my best to keep all of my plants alive.
